Not financial, tax, or legal advice

Nothing in this app constitutes financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Decisions about how to split costs, structure repayments, or otherwise handle money between group members are the sole responsibility of the members themselves. If you need advice specific to your situation, consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pierre Di Marco shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this application — including, without limitation, disputes between members over money owed, lost data, or lost profits.

Liability for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, and liability under the German Product Liability Act, remain unaffected, as does liability for intent and gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence in breach of an essential contractual duty also remains unaffected — that is, a duty whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case liability is limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract at the time the contract was concluded.
